Man I love the Lowveld. Grew up in Msauli Asbestos Mine and went to Barberton High School.
Love that place.
Me and Swambo will join defenitely and have spent a few nights at Diggers Retreat in the past as well. Have not been there in a while hopefully Mark will still recognize me- he has a excellent memory for remebering people.
We are having a trip in September to Las Vegas to the International Mining Show which is in the last week .
If you plan it for that week I will unfortunately not be able to make it.

29th is fine for me and the wife, but we are fairly flexible in terms of weekends around this time.

I always say one can never find a date that will suit everybody, there will always be "losers". However in this regard I strongly feel we should consider changing the date to accommodate Pawpaw .

Please indicate which date will suit you around that time and if there isn't a single "deserter" because of the change, then I suggest we go for that date. Please stay away from long weekends and holidays.

Told Swambo about this trip and we will be watching as we had tentative plans to go down to Durbs in September. But i think this trip might win over the Durbs one any day.

As for the 29th that will also be a bit difficult for me as we have financial year end the 30th and will be working that weekend to finalize everything for the year end roll over.

Other than that i dont have any violent protests against any other dates in that month.

mmmmm. Maybe 10 year reunion is the 22nd sept so I could maybe discuss extra leave with the boss and drive back via alberton, through Lesotho, Sani, a pass or two and down to East London.
