Is It Worth It

I Just wonder if it is really worth it to make use of our Genuine Mitsubishi Agents???
I have been a loyal Mitsubishi Man for the past 12 years and never had a bad word to say about the product. I am always convincing other people to change to the Mitsu brand
For the past 5 Services done at my nearest Agent it cost me a arm and a leg. But that is not the biggest issue.
Three services back: Complain about the smoke in the morning. Reply: We not sure what causes it.
How Specialized are they?
Two services back: Told them about left drive light and number plate lights not working. Had to drive back following day to have it fixed. Plus complain about brake fluid that was toped up to top of reservoir.
Last week service: 330000km Service. I Complain about Difficult start: Two hours later my first call came. Sir we need to replace both your front wheel bearings. Left one replaced 7000km back? I said only do the Right.
Reply I got when I collecting my vehicle after 2 days. Sir it is your battery. I took the vehicle to Battery Centre and had them test it. Founding’s: Absolute nothing wrong with it.
I just returned from Bosh where they had to replace the brushes on the starter motor and it is staring at ease again.
Also with the last service I had to plug the sensor from the Diesel filter in again. They obviously replaced the filter but never plug the sensor back in.
For the past three services I am paying for Window cleaner and the reservoir stand and leak everything out on the shop floor???? I know it leaks....But not once have they told me?
R150 .00 Labour for changing Air Filter??? 4 Clips...Toss it aside, put new one in and fasten the clips.
I think it took me longer to type that sentence then to do the job.
My concerns is, I always pay anything from R5000.00 to R 9000.00 when picking up my car.
I honestly think that if these small things can happen? When am I going to experience a BIG mistake??
I do not think it is worth the money spend at Mitsubishi Agents?????
