Pajero Sport Suspension lift/spacers.
Hello Fellow Pajero sport enthusiasts.
I have been in contact with Kevin Ramsay from
http://4wdtruckin.co.za/ about suspension spacers for the sport, can’t seem to find any local suppliers that do a front and back set!
They are willing to do the R&D on a lift solution for the Pajero but would need a vehicle for approx a week to do this, I would do this but I live in Ballito.
Is there any interest in this and/or guys that are in a position to give them a vehicle for the development of these spacers, maybe someone has dealership contacts and they could supply dealer stock vehicle?!?
Kevin says they would give that person the spacers for cost price!
Thanks Guys!

Hi
You can get 20 mm front spacers from stofpad 4x4 and the back ones you can make up from 30 mm thick nylon , I will see if I still have the dimensions have done mine by my self . and then I would suggest that you put airlift in as well at the back .

The 20mm spacer gives a 40-50mm lift doesn't it?

Hello X-Dors
Yes I see that Stofpad has got the front ones...but I'm not in a position to make up the rear...Can you help me with that??
Did you have to lengthen the brake lines etc??
Cheers.

I have got 70 mm lift in front with 20mm spacers that's why I suggest to go 30 mm at the back to level out .Otherwise it will get expensive and you have to put Ironman or OME coils in like I had to do at the end and with the Ironman coils on a heavy load the coils bottom out .that's why I had to put bags in as well .
No I did not have to lengthen the brake lines , your shocks prevent that you don't have to much travel on the rear axel . I can help you if you are close to Paarl with the spacers and you can supply me with a 30mm peace off nylon cheat and then Speedy have spacers hear they do the hole thing for R1300 if you give them the back spacers ,the front ones they have . Or mail me at
gielleam@gmail.com if you are not close by and I will sent you the dimensions off the back spacers and then a engineering shop can turn or cut it for you .
