Here is a pdf file that shows body lift being done on a series 2. I got this originally from another SA forum, it seems to have disappeared from the original website. You might find this useful.

I don't know how expensive it is for you guys to order stuff from the UK but if you have trouble finding the body lift kits in SA, these seem decent: http://store.xpajun.com/index.php?cPath=26_31. I have no affiliation with them and have not actually seen the kits in person.
