Hi Guys
I must also state that if you are experiencing Fuel Gauge issues, just replace the PC board first. I tried everything else, checked all the connections, replaced the fuel sender/gauge in the tank and the fuel/temperature cluster before doing the PC board.
I removed the instrument cluster over 20 times, cleaned the PC board and checked it with a microscope, and I really can't tell where the issue lies.
